Read this blog post check out the one below (if you are bored and have nothing better to do).
This morning on my way home from taking Jillian to school I decided to take off my shoes and socks and walk barefoot and guess what? I loved it! I noticed it forced me to walk taller and take shorter strides. Taking pressure off my knee and lower legs.
Okay so I am obviously over analyzing every aspect of the new running style concept but I think when you have tried on 4-5 different running shoes in 2 months and all of them feel hindering and clunky it causes you to start thinking outside the box. I don't think I am going to go full on barefoot or forefoot running at this point, but I think I am definitely going to incorporate it into my running routine. The Below blog post had the picture of the Vibram Five Finger shoe which I am going to get regardless of whether I run in them. Another shoe that I am seriously considering is the Newton. It is another shoe that simulates running barefoot or on your forefoot.
Look at the link below it shows the form of a forefoot runner and the form of a heel to toe runner. The bottom one is the way I feel when I run and it looks painful!

I would love the hear what you think even if it is that you just don't care.
