Big Boy Bed!

Baden is officially in a big boy bed! I searched far and wide for the perfect bed and I could not find it. At least at the price I wanted. So I was told about a website that shows plans for DIY furniture. This bed is a knock off of a pottery barn bed. We purchased the wood at home depot, Bill built it, and I stained it.
The next thing to purchase is baskets to go in the cubbies.

Baden is doing great in the bed. It may be the end of naps, but it could be the start of potty training.

Jillian's 3rd Jogathon

Jillian did her 3rd jogathon today. There was fun music, a black hawk helicopter landed at the school and some ASU cheerleaders came to cheer them on.
Jillian did awesome! This year she wanted me to run with her (parents were invited to run). As you know I like running and I like motivating people. I encouraged her the whole way. She took off pretty fast and I told her to pace herself. She asked, "what is pace?" I guess I forgot to cover that term with her. But she did awesome!
She ran 11 laps!

Way to go Jillian!

 

 

 

Bradley's 1st Jogathon!

Today was the "Jogathon" at the kids school. Bradley told me several times he was not going to run he was going to walk. Than today before he ran he told me his was going to do 0 laps. I said "great! Do what you want." Well as you can tell from the pictures below he was not walking. He actually did 8 laps. AFter the run he enjoyed a yummy Popsicle.

Good job Bradley way to go!
