Twins!

No I am not having twins but my good friend is. She had her shower this past weekend and it gave me the excuse to do another project. I made 2 quilts one for a boy and one for a girl. I researched different rag quilt layouts online and than tweaked it to make it my own. I love rag quilts because they don't have to be cut or sewn perfectly and they still turn out cute.

Below is the result:

Last Day of 1st Grade!

Jillian had a great year this year but it is now over and she is a little sad. She is going to miss her awesome teacher and so am I. We really lucked out this year and I hope we luck out again next year. Jillian is a sweet girl and I am excited to have her home for the summer ( well atleast until the fighting starts).
We love you Jillian!

Preschool Graduation!

He did it! Bradley graduated from preschool! You know what this means?... He is going to Kindergarten next year!!
Wooooohooooooo!
I was also informed today that when he grows up he is going to be a Football player. I guess we need to actually teach him how to play the game so he can fulfill his dreams.

I started a new blog. It is a running blog logging my miles and my new adventures in the forefoot / barefoot running arena. I am going to put tips, articles, thoughts, new cool products on my blog. It will take time to get it organized how I want it but for now check it out.

SWAGGER WAGON

This is hilarious! My Bro. Clint had this on his blog and for some reason it made me laugh. My Blue Lightning Mazda is definitely a "Swagger Wagon."
